FRESH FLOWER GUARANTEE.

We guarantee our flowers for 7 days for hard stems - eg Roses, Lilly any thing with hard stems.
and 5 days for soft stems - eg Gerbras, Stocks, delphs etc. any complaints must be lodged with us before within the 7 days

To resolve complaints we offer a collect and replace system. (Or return to shop)

no refunds will be given on any orders

FLOWER AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTION

In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute any product required or part of product, with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. Where substitution of flowers is necessary, we will try to contact you via email

All Flower gifts will be delivered with flower food & A flower care card, please make sure you the follow all care instructions we provide,
All flowers do require fresh clean water - we use warm water with some drops of bleach to kill the bacteria, rinse the vase with fresh water, fill half way, recut each stem at an angle & place in the vase, keep flowers out of direct sun light. make sure all of the stems are in the water.

Arrangements in floral foam- the floral foam would have been soaked already, top up the water with a jug of water and the flower food provided, please don't over water your arrangement,

Lilies will be delivered in bud & other bud flowers will be delivered in bud to guarantee freshness.
We do not recommend ordering lilies to a household that have cat - these are poisonous to cats.
We can not be held responsible for wilting flowers if you do not follow our care instructions.
