FOR ALL DELIVERIES PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS YOU ARE SENDING TO ARE UP TO DATE. We will NOT be held responsible for incompetence address resulting in non delivery.
Please provide more information if the address is a house name eg house is next door to a shop.
Gift Bouquet delivery: We hand deliver 6 days a week for the time being we are only delivering after 2pm. We may be able to deliver early in the day ( prior arrangement).
Funeral Delivery : We understand that losing a loved one is a very hard time. We offer free deliver to any Barnstaple and surrounding address. We do require a funeral time and a funeral name to be able to deliver your tribute correctly. We will deliver 2 hours before the funeral time. We will also contact the funeral director to confirm date and time.
Delivery dates. If no delivery date has been provided we will assume that it is for next day (unless notice is required on certain bouquets)
Unsuccessful delivery’s. We require a contact number from the customer/recipient if we have any delivery enquiries. If the recipient is not in at time of delivery we will attempt to deliver to a NEIGHBOURING ADDRESS. (If this is not possible advise us when placing order) If there is a dry and safe place for the gift to be left. We will put a calling card stating where we have left the gift through the recipients door. (No refunds will be given if the recipient misses the calling card or for incorrect delivery addresses given) If all else fails we will return the bouquet and attempt to redeliver the next working day. Option for collection is available.
Wedding Deliveries. We will work out a time with the bride and groom to be able to deliver on time. Delivery charges and set up fees apply.
Delivery charges apply. We do not deliver across the UK only in Barnstaple & Surrounding areas! Order not in the correct area will be automatically cancelled. A order confirmation will be sent to the email provided.
